What the experience includes
-
Participants are led through intentional, accessible writing prompts designed to spark reflection and creativity. Each exercise is structured to help people of all experience levels begin and complete a piece of poetry during the session.
-
Participants are invited to share their writing in a supportive, non-judgmental space if they choose.
Sharing is always optional, and emphasis is placed on listening, witnessing, and creative respect. This is a great way to deepen connections within your community! -
Workshops center on personal storytelling as a tool for expression, connection, and self-awareness.
Participants are encouraged to explore their lived experiences through accessible poetic forms. -
Each participant leaves with at least one completed poem or written piece created during the workshop. The goal is to ensure everyone walks away with something tangible they can continue to build on.
